Graham Bradding has been in the heating and cooling industry for 25 years, 9 years ago Graham had the desire to use his expertise, professionalism and knowledge to create his own company. In the very beginning he would operate out of his home with his brother-in-law Luke working with him.

Graham decided from day 1 that the most important thing to him was great products and excellent customer service, with that attitude and great work ethics he has seen the company expand to where it is today with a showroom, office and factory.

He currently employs 20 staff members and in 2005 he achieved the Carrier Dealer of the Year Victoria-wide.

Customers from all over Victoria have had us do their installation and are confident in recommending us to family and friends, we have no hesitation to travel to any parts of Victoria to install heating and cooling.

We have a great management team led by Wayne Matthews with 13 years experience and a great team of installers from which most have been employed with the company or more than 6 years with many combined years of experience.

Graham prides himself on his relationship with the customers and employees of which 5 are family members and each particular job we do we like to think that we are creating more business with recommendations.

Graham’s focus on customer service, customer satisfaction and providing high quality products has not faulted from the beginning to now.
